I received a damaged/imperfect product...what do I do?
Damaged or imperfect products must be unused and reported within two weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please visit our contact page and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping container. Damaged items from international orders will be refunded and not replaced.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Enter your address when checking out and it will determine the shipping cost unique to your address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly from our warehouse, we cannot cancel or change orders.
